Returns & Exchanges
At Scoot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Scoot account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original box, ensuring all tags and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
